Common Issues
Project creation blocked
- You need an Annual License ($49/year) to create projects
- Go to Profile → Pricing to get your license
Insufficient credits
- Your credit balance is too low for this action
- Go to Profile → Credits to top up at wholesale cost
Generation failed
- Try regenerating; simplify your request; check internet connection
Web App Builder not previewing
- Refresh page; check browser console; try another browser (Chrome recommended)
Presentation won't export
- Ensure all content is loaded; try exporting one slide at a time; check file size limits
